Pryti: From the beginning of her career,  British-Indian singer/songwriter Pryti held the reins. She controls her own music by putting it out on her own label. Between her first and second albums, she knew she had to calculately change up her sound, pushing herself to be “different” and “better.” On her latest, Searching For Now, Lost In Again, her haunting melodies and powerful vocals blend dark metal and pop sensibilities that put her on the same plane as the nu-metal bands she grew up listening to as a teen.
