Since announcing their return to the studio last month, Vision of Disorder have started recording with producer Chriss “Zeuss” Harris. The new material will be for the follow-up to their 2012 release, The Cursed Remain Cursed, which came out on Candlelight Records after an 11 year lapse between albums.
Said vocalist Tim Williams in a recent update from the studio:
“Hope everyone is having a dirty black summer. We have been holding it down over at NOVA studios curtesy of Frankie Nasso and co. It’s a killer studio– I’m mean Killer! What a great vibe — shit even Brendon is happy… Zeuss has been boozing it up on something called ” not your fathers root beer”—- he has been riding the drums all the way in. They sound killer— Brendon’s performance is top notch. Probably from the steady hand of Mike F kettle bell work outs in the AM. I’ve been sitting up on the balcony, catching some sun and tightening up my lyrics and vox ideas. Guitars by Kennedy next, then after we get a few cooking I get to start laying down some vocals which are gonna kick some serious butt!!!!!!”
The as of yet untitled album is expected out later this year on Candlelight Records.
