Korn continue to add onto their European and U.S. festival plans with guitarist Brian “Head” Welch back onstage. That’s why it’s not too surprising that the trek is turning into a proper U.S. tour.
In addition to various festivals, Korn will be playing headlining shows in smaller markets scattered in the U.S. This marks the band’s first headlining (mini-)tour with Welch since 2004. It also further indicates that Korn are making efforts to make Welch’s return permanent (something that both the band and Welch seem hopeful of). It also likely means that you’ll hear a lot less dubstep if you go to any of the shows.
