According to TMZ, the official cause of death for original KISS lead guitarist Ace Frehley, has been revealed. According to a report from the Morris County Medical Examiner, Frehley died from blunt trauma injuries to the head caused by a fall. His death has been ruled an accident. The report detailed multiple skull fractures, brain hemorrhages, and a subdural hematoma, along with additional bruising on his hip, thigh, and abdomen. It also noted that Frehley had previously suffered a stroke.
Frehley was laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, New York, on October 22, following a private memorial service the day before at Sinatra Memorial Home in Yonkers.
