Helloween have announced their new live album, Live At Budokan, which captures their performance at Tokyo’s Nippon Budokan. The live record is scheduled to arrive on December 13, 2024, via Reigning Phoenix Music (RPM), which will be available in multiple formats, including 2CD-digipak, 3LP vinyl, Blu-ray, DVD, and digital. To get everyone pumped for the upcoming release, Halloween have dropped the first single, “Best Time (live),” from their 2021 self-titled reunion album.

Live At Budokan celebrates the grand finale of Helloween’s 2022–2023 world tour, which spanned over 30 countries. This release marks Helloween as the first German band to record a live album at the legendary Budokan.

Guitarist Sascha Gerstner comments:

“‘Best Time'” captures the energy and the moment when everything fits together perfectly and you leave everything negative behind. For me, this track is an anthem for all those nights when you’re heading towards the future. That’s why it conveys exactly this mood in concert as if you were living in a single great moment that lasts forever.”
