German pagan metal giants Varg are back with a thunderous roar, preparing for the release of their upcoming album Ewige Wacht on October 13, 2023, via Napalm Records. The group has recently unleashed a video for a powerful new single, “Eisenseite.” This track shines a spotlight on singer Fylgja’s substantial contribution to the album, weaving her Valkyrie-like vocals seamlessly with Freki’s ferocious screams and growls. The accompanying music video immerses itself in Nordic mythology, embodying the album’s core themes of honesty and loyalty. Varg’s resurgence solidifies their dominion within the pagan metal realm.
