This year will see a new album from Japan’s pop metal masters Babymetal. Perhaps the most successful Japanese act to date, Babymetal continues their ascension as they announce the follow up to 2016’s highly successful Metal Resistance.

Last fall “Starlight” was released digitally signaling the re emergence of the band without vocalist Yuimetal who has left the band to pursue a solo career. Vocalists Su-Metal and Moametal have been touring without her for the entirety of 2018 before her departure was made official.
