This past weekend, X Japan made their triumphant return to the United States to perform at Coachella. The group gave holograms a whole new meaning when they had their deceased members bassist Taiji (who died in 2011) and guitarist Hide ( in 1998) share the stage during their set. In terms of the living, Limp Bizkit‘s Wes Borland and Guns N’ Roses‘ Richard Fortus joined these giants as well for a remarkable evening. Speaking of sharing, these Japanese hard rock titans are returning to Coachella this Saturday (21st) and they are bringing Marilyn Manson as their special guest. Both Manson and drummer Yoshiki shared the news on social media.
