If you saw Stone Sour in Canada on their tour that kicked off on Saturday, you might have noticed guitarist Josh Rand wasn’t there. That’s because he checked into checking into a treatment center for an undisclosed addiction. Stone Sour posted a statement earlier this weekend about his absence.
“Unfortunately, Josh Rand has checked into a treatment center and will not be joining Stone Sour for the Canada/US tour. Though he will be back as soon as possible, we ask you all to keep him in your thoughts. Until then, the rest of Stone Sour will see you all on tour in Jan/Feb. Thank you. “
We wish Josh all the best.
Stone Sour are currently touring the US and Canada in support for their latest Roadrunner release, Hydrograd. It appears that the band are playing the dates minus a guitarist.
