EndvadeWhy should major label bands be the only ones who get love? Unsigned & Streamed is a column where we stream a song from an unsigned band we at Metal Insider really dig.

This week, we introduce you to Canadian five-piece Endvade. Hailing from Montreal, the band formed in 2012 and just released their debut album on October 1st, a 4 track EP entitled Ascension. Endvade label their sound as “progressive djent for aliens,” and we can understand why. The band cites Veil of Maya, Periphery and Vildhjarta as influences, but their sense of rhythm and amazing dual vocals are completely unique to Endvade. You can pick up Ascension through Endvade’s bandcamp.

Check out the first track on the EP, “Another Big One Shelley,” for yourself via the stream below.

Endvade will be opening for Dead Letter Circus, Periphery and Born of Osiris on November 14th at La Tulipe in Montreal. To keep up with the band, you can check out their Facebook page.
