Hatebreed have returned with “Make the Demons Obey,” their first new music since 2020’s Weight of the False Self. The single arrives amid lineup changes, including the departure of longtime bassist Chris Beattie and guitarist Wayne Lozinak’s current hiatus for brain tumor surgery, though Lozinak appears on the new track. The metalcore veterans are wrapping up the final leg of the Summer Slaughter 2025 tour.
