Defeated Sanity have announced their first U.S. headlining tour in support of their latest album, Chronicles of Lunacy. The technical death metal act will return to the road in 2026 to perform the new record in full alongside a set of fan-favorite classics. The run will feature support from South Africa’s Vulvodynia and New Zealand’s Organectomy on all dates. Excresence, Scasm, and Horrific Vision will appear on select stops.
