Nicko McBrain has recently announced his retirement from touring with Iron Maiden after forty-two years. Saturday’s (7th) performance in São Paulo, Brazil, marked his last live show with the Legends. Before the band’s performance, “The Writing On The Wall,” vocalist Bruce Dickinson commented on McBrain’s tenure, calling the evening a night celebrating his legacy: “He’s not leaving the band, but he’s just not playing live with us anymore.”  After revealing Sammy Dawson as his replacement behind the live show kit, Iron Maiden have shared a video highlighting McBrain’s final live show with the band.
