Ace Frehley, 10,000 Volts (MNRK): Full of “electrifying, hard-hitting, riff-heavy rock’n’ roll, the former Kiss guitarist said of his latest solo album “I think it’s gonna go down in history as probably one of my best records to date.”
Gina Volpe, Delete the World (Heavy Nose Records): The Lunachicks frontwoman releases her debut solo album.
Modern English, 1 2 3 4 (Inkind Music): The British post-punk band release their ninth studio album, their first in eight years.
Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum of the Last Human Being (AVANT NIGHT): Following a successful Kickstarter campaign, the band is releasing their first album in 13 years, their fourth overall.
Job for a Cowboy, Moon Healer (Metal Blade): The death metal stalwarts return after nearly a decade with an album featuring an expanded, more mature sound. Vocalist Jonny Davy told Revolver, “I envision this as a death-metal album born from the mystical confines of an alchemist’s laboratory. The music acts as potent potions, inducing hallucinogenic journeys that unlock the secrets of the universe.”
