Get The Shot were forced to cancel their tour with Brutality Will Prevail and Wolf Pack due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Read all statements below:

Get The Shot:

“Just like a whole lot of bands before us, we are deeply sorry to announce that we are forced to postpone our headlining tour in France and Spain considering the COVID-19 situation.

We’ve been watching the situation closely during the last few days and waited to the very last minute in hope that things would be contained. But as some venues already started to shutdown shows on our tour routing, knowing that more cancellations might be expected considering the evolution of the pandemic and that complications/quarantine restrictions would be inevitable on our way back home in Canada, we have been in the obligation to admit that cancelling the tour was the only responsible decision in these exceptional circumstances. With our recording schedule and summer tour already planned, we hope to be able to postpone this tour in the near future.

We are extremely disappointed and pissed at this situation. Even though the circumstances are totally out of everybody’s control, we’ve been working on this tour so hard with our partners for a long time that it totally breaks our hearts to not be able to see you all friends in the pit. But as frustrating as this situation can be, the health and the safety of our crowd, our team and our surroundings remain our top priority.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience it may cause to all of you who wanted, as much as us, to see the shows happen. We’ve been privileged to have your unconditional support and love for all those years and we hope to see you guys again very soon. No worries, we’ll be back!

Stay healthy. Stay strong. Stay wild.

With love.

GTS”

“We would like to send our best thoughts to all workers in the artistic community and event organization who, like the precarious people in all job sectors, are currently going through difficult times. But somehow, amidst the chaos, we’ve been amazed by the overwhelming love and support that we’ve received from music fans and hardcore kids worldwide. So we want to say THANK YOU ! You are the true heart of this community and the reason why what we built will still go on despite the adversity. Now is the time for all of us to take a step back and make a collective effort in solidarity with the most vulnerable people of our societies. But when the smoke finally clears, it will be the moment for you to help us bring back the vitality in our scenes and to make them shine brighter than ever. Until then, keep on supporting your local bands, technicians, promoters, photographers and artists in any way possible and most of all, stay safe and healthy.

UNITED WE STAND TALL.

With love.

J-P”

Brutality Will Prevail:

“ABSOLUTELY GUTTED: Due to circumstances out of our control (COVID -19) The tour with @gettheshothc and @wolfpack.fr has been cancelled. It has been left until the very last minute to pull the plug in the hope that the situation could be changed and things to be contained to allow us to continue the tour but it hasn’t. Venues across Europe have been forced to close their doors, and as many of you have seen a lot of tours have been called off. The health and safety of the bands, crew and most importantly our fans is priority and we can only apologise for this situation. We will be back as soon as we possibly can to rock with you and we are hoping this tour can be rescheduled ASAP! STAY SAFE! BWP”

“Due to tours being cancelled we got all current touring merch up on the store to help fund the massive amount we’ve unfortunately lost due to the current outbreak situation. Crossings, flights, hotels, vans, gear. The list is long. All merch funds will go to getting us out of the red. Loads of bands are getting hit so pick up some merch you can try on in the mirror in your isolation.

Stay safe  BWP CULT”
