While Metallica’s tenth studio album Hardwired… To Self-Destruct has been out for exactly two weeks now and reached #1 on Global charts, GuitarRazze have spent a bit of time comparing a few of their new tunes with classic albums including Ride the Lighting and …And Justice For All. Fans and even Metallica haters have taken notice on the twelfth final track of the album, “Spit Out the Bone,” which could be debated as their thrashiest since 1983’s Kill ‘Em All. However, GuitarRazze mixed “Spit Out The Bone” if it was included on their classic albums.
The mixup does not stop there, and I’m sure there will be more. Therefore, I gathered a few as it consists of the singles as well with “Hardwired,” “Moth Into Flame,” and “Atlas! Rise.”
Check them out below and be the judge yourself if Metallica has returned to their roots.
