When it comes to doing crazy things, whether we’re talking about publicity stunts or drinking it with your bros on a Friday night, Jagermeister is one of the first ones to come up to mind. When the German drink isn’t giving you terrible ideas like texting your ex at 3am, they are looking into creative ways to promote themselves to their young audience and what better way than teaming up with everyone’s in 2001’s band, Bullet For My Valentine.
Jagermeister Ice Cold joined forces with Bullet For My Valentine’s frontman Matt Tuck and decided to do something that no one has ever done, because probably it really doesn’t make much sense to do it, and asked Tuck to do the first-ever air-to-sea-to-land gig ever.
What that means is just basically having Tuck throw himself out of a plane, ride a boat and go across land while playing an acoustic guitar and call it a gig. The footage was filmed in the Lyngsfjord region, near Tromsø, Norway and can be seen below.
After this, we are now waiting to see another terrible fraternity drink respond to this stunt. Yes, we are talking about you Red Bull.
