When the 10th Anniversary edition of Lamb of God’s landmark CD As the Palaces Burn comes out tomorrow (11), the special edition will be accompanied by a 70 minute long documentary about the making of album. Simply titled The Making of As The Palaces Burn, the film goes into painstaking detail about the album. The album’s producer, Devin Townsend, was still in Strapping Young Lad when he heard the band for the first time (at a show where they opened for Mushroomhead!). He’s among those interviewed for the documentary, as is Josh Wilbur, who remixed the album for it’s 2013 reissue.
